Nothing is worse than paying too much. We at Led Outfitters believe in offering the lowest prices. If prior to your purchase you find a lower advertised price for the same item, give us a call and we'll beat the price. All you have to do is contact us and we will take care of the rest.

 

Here are some frequently asked questions that you may have.

 

How can I place an order?

You can place an order over our website by adding the products you want to your cart and following the checkout methods or give us a call at 877-808-LEDS and 516-750-0448 and place your order over the phone with one of our representatives. 

 

How can I pay for my product?

Orders can be paid for using any major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Orders can also be paid for using Paypal. To pay with Paypal, simply follow the steps in the Billing Method section of the Checkout page, simply choose Paypal and complete your purchase.

We do not except any prepaid gift cards.

 

Do you accept money orders, personal checks, or cashiers checks?

We do accept money orders, personal checks, or cashiers checks. Customers that you like to use this payment method must mail these to us and once we recieve them, we will ship out your order.

 

Do you take purchase orders?

We gladly offer 30-day billing to all Government and Municipal Agencies and/or Organizations. All orders must be faxed on Company or Business letterhead and signed. All Purchase requests should include both billing and shipping addresses, contact person name, phone number and title. They should also include the items to be ordered. All requests are processed and shipped within 10 business day. If your Department uses Purchase Orders, we ask that you include a copy with your order. Please fax your order to 516-870-0780.

 

How do I track my order?

We appreciate your order, and we’d like to explain the process of how we get your product packed and shipped to you as soon as possible.

Once a shipping label is created, a tracking number will be emailed to the email account you supplied on the ordering page. Smaller products, such as grille lights, hideaways, and dash lights will generally ship via USPS Priority Mail. Larger products, such as lightbars and lightsticks, generally ship via UPS. Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.

 

If for some reason you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number (located on the invoice) requesting a tracking number and our team will reply back with one promptly. 

 

When does my order ship out?

Most orders that are placed before 12 PM EST. are shipped on the same day. All orders after that are shipped on the next business day. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Customers should receive an email with a tracking number by the end of the day. 

 

How can I expedite my shipping?

Durring the If you would like to upgrade/expedite the shipping speed on your order, here’s the process: Place the order as normal, and then call our office at 516-750-0448 and request the Shipping Department upgrade your order. Once you give a Shipping Department representative your order number, they will get you a quote on expediting your order.

 

Will I be charged sales tax?

We are required by law to charge tax for all items being shipping in New York State. If you are a tax exempt entity, you may email us your tax exempt form prior to your order and we will not apply tax charges.

 

Can you send us a price quote?

We are glad to send over price quotes for large quantity orders. Simply contact our volume order specialists via email at [email protected] or call us at 877-808-LEDS and 516-750-0448. Please give us 24 hours to respond with the quote.  

 

Custom-Built Products: 

Please allow up to 10 business days for our technicians to assemble and construct your custom product for you. Once completed, you will be sent the tracking information for the order.

 

Fraud Protection:

LED Outfitters protects all its customers against fraudulent credit card transaction. Orders will  ship only to the owner of the credit card. There will no exceptions. LED Outfitters reserves the right to request a signature upon delivery.

 

Back-Orders:

If you order an item that it temporarily unavialable from the manufacturer, we will collect the payment at the time of shipment. You will receive an email notice about your backorder with an estimated shipping date. If you are not interested in waiting for the product, please contact our customer relations via. email at [email protected] or by phone at  at 877-808-LEDS and 516-750-0448(M-F 10AM-5PM EST). We will be happy to recommend an alternative item or simply refund your purchase. We are always happy to help!

 

How can I return or exchange my order?

We at LED Outfitters stand by our products, and guarantee you will be satisfied with your products. If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, you can simply return the product. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of invoice. Include a copy of the invoice and a note describing the reason for the return. You may choose to either be refunded, or exchange the product for a product of equal value. Shipping costs can not be refunded.

 

Custom made orders and products can not be refunded or exchanged. All custom made orders are final. 

 

All returns for credit are subject to a 35% restocking fee. The product must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition and packaged in its original box and form. All parts and instructions must be included in the box. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of the product to our warehouse.  All returns must be packaged securely. We will not issue refunds for items damaged on the return shipment.

All return items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging including all original hardware and instructions. Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund. We charge no fees for an exchange. By placing an order on our site, you agree to posted Terms and Conditions of our refunds/credits policies. 

 

Can I return and international order?

All international orders are final and can not be returned for any refund. However, international orders are covered under our warranty policy.
