Payment Policy

Credit Cards & Debit Cards 

Orders can be paid for using any major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Simply follow the checkout process, and enter your credit card information as requested. Credit and debit cards will be charged at time of purchase. Debit cards do not require a PIN durring checkout.

 

PayPal

To make a purchase using PayPal, follow the checkout process until the billing method section. In this section choose PayPal as you billing method and a screen will promply open, which will let customers enter their PayPal information and complete the trasaction. 

 

PayPal Financing 

Some orders can be financed through PayPal financing. PayPal offers financing on orders over $99. No Payments + No Interest if paid in full in 6 months on purchases of $99 or more. Durring the checkout process, simply choose PayPal as your billing method and follow the steps to complete your order. If you have any questions with reguards to how the financing process works, please contact PayPal for more information. 

 

Prepaid Credit Or Gift Cards

We do not except any prepaid crdit or gift cards. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

 

Money Orders, Personal Checks, or Cashiers Checks

We do accept money orders, personal checks, or cashiers checks. Customers that you like to use this payment method must mail these to us and once we recieve them, we will ship out your order.

 

Purchase Orders

We gladly offer 30-day billing to all Government and Municipal Agencies and/or Organizations. All orders must be faxed on Company or Business letterhead and signed. All Purchase requests should include both billing and shipping addresses, contact person name, phone number and title. They should also include the items to be ordered. All requests are processed and shipped within 10 business day. If your Department uses Purchase Orders, we ask that you include a copy with your order. Please fax your order to 516-870-0780

 

Return And Exchange Policy

We at LED Outfitters stand by our products, and guarantee you will be satisfied with your products. If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, you can simply return the product. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of invoice.  Include a copy of the invoice and a note describing the reason for the return. You may choose to either be refunded, or exchange the product for a product of equal value. Shipping costs can not be refunded.

 

Custom made orders and products can not be refunded or exchanged. All custom made orders are final. 

 

All returns for credit are subject to a 35% restocking fee. The product must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition and packaged in its original box and form. All parts and instructions must be included in the box. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of the product to our warehouse.  All returns must be packaged securely. We will not issue refunds for items damaged on the return shipment.

All return items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging including all original hardware and instructions. Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund. We charge no fees for an exchange. By placing an order on our site, you agree to posted Terms and Conditions of our refunds/credits policies. 

 

International Order:

All international orders are final and can not be returned for any refund. However, international orders are covered under our warranty policy.

 

TERMS OF SALE 

By placing an order on this site you agree to release LED Outfitters from any and all liability associated with the use of the equipment purchased. In addition, you release LED Outfitters for any and all liability for the for the loss of use, loss of profit, inconvenience, property damage, personal injury or death arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, delay, negligence, strict tort liability or otherwise. 

All international orders are sold "as is" and warranties are not covered beyond the boundaries of the 50 U.S. states. 

Special Order, or custom items cannot be returned unless the item is defective upon receipt.
