Warranty Policy


Return An Item For Warranty:

LED Outfitters stands by our customers. If your product experiences any malfunctions, we will repair or replace it for you, completely free of charge. We reserve the right to substitute a replacement product of equal or greater value, should the original be unavailable or discontinued.

To submit a product for warranty, please submit a Contact Us message, with the title “Warranty Department”. You will be directed to send the damaged product, along with a copy of your invoice, to our warehouse for repair/replacement. You can also call us at 516-750-0448 if you have any questions. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with getting the product to ledoutfitters



The Warranty: 

LED Outfitters warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use. Duration of warranty period varies from 1-5 year based on the product. During this warranty period, LED Outfitters will repair or replace, at its discretion, any parts or electronic assemblies of the unit which, upon inspection, reveal a defect in material or workmanship. Warranty service will be provided during the warranty period to any LED Outfitters consumer if the defective product is returned to LED Outfitters.

LED Outfitters shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to: Loss of Vehicle, Rental of Substitute Vehicle, Loss of Time, Loss of Work, Inconvenience, Transportation Expenses, Telephone, Lodging, Loss of Revenue, Loss of and/or Damage to Personal Property for or arising out of breach of any express or implied warranty of its products.

Use of lamp or other electrical load of wattage higher than installed or recommended by the factory, or use of inappropriate or inadequate wiring or circuit protection causes this limited warranty to become void. LED Outfitters will in no way be liable for any loss of profits or any indirect or consequential damages arising out of any such defect in material and workmanship whether loss is due to negligence or breach of warranty. This limited warranty does not apply to shipping damage, accident, alteration, tampering, misuse or abuse and unauthorized service.            

This warranty does not apply to any LED Outfitters product that has failed due to: improper installation, excessive voltages, unauthorized alterations, inadequate wiring, or circuit protection, or other use or installation contrary to LED Outfitters’  recommendations; abuse, misuse, inadequate maintenance, unconventional use, or accidental damage. LED Outfitters assumes no liability for any incidental or consequential damages, expenses incurred in removal or re-installation, expenses for packaging, handling, and shipping, or the cost of special access equipment.

LED Outfitters reserves the right to substitute a replacement product of equal value, should the original be unavailable or discontinued.

Led Outfitters warranty on lightbars is parts only we are not responsible for any labor cost associated with changing of parts.

LED Outfitters is not responsible for unclaimed warranty items past 90 days of delivery to LED Outfitters.

All Siren and Speakers Carry a 2 year Warranty

All work lights have a 2 year warranty

Any product thats not working out of the box must be notified with in 1 buniness day of delivery
